First time purchaser here. I am circumcised at birth and recently have been noticing a general lack of sensation with an erection. At first, I thought it was hormones or early onset of erectile dysfunction. I found manhood online and after reading some of the materials here, Realized my issue may be more related to circumcision than anything else.

I bought the starter pack, which included the original as well as the restorer. Per instructions, it was recommended to keep vitamin oils on the head of the penis to keep moist, since lack of foreskin means some of the glans have become desensitized and dry overtime. Additionally, it was recommended to wear as close to 24/7 as possible. I have followed these instructions verbatim.

It has been a month now, and I must confess several impacts that are amazing that I did not expect:

Erections - both duration, girth and feeling have significantly improved. Since the manhood is protecting me during the day, my penis is not being irritated with normal movements. The manhood acts like my foreskin and protects the glans. Consequently, when you are engaging in sexual activity, sensations are heightened.

Sensation - I have found more impact from the restorer In visual and physical signs with sensation. From a visual perspective, the Head of my penis is softer and more pink than prior. Additionally, the skin below the head of my penis to my circumcision scar is also pink. From a physical feel standpoint, I have noticed significant improvement during sexual activity. Even without sexual activity, I have noticed tingling sensations with arousal that I did not have before.

Orgasm - I was suffering from delayed ejaculation due to the lack of sensitivity I had in my penis. This has been reduced. In addition to heightened sensations and pleasure, my orgasms have been noticeably better and with more volume than previously.

I am extremely impressed with the manhood products. With such variety, it may take some trial and testing to find what works best for you. For the reasons above, I find the restorer to be the perfect purchase.

I have seen a dramatic change in the tone/health of my glans skin. it's now shiny and not dry/rough. All in about a month of consistently wearing it. Hard to believe if it wasn't my own penis! ha. I can also tell that my sensitivity has definitely increased. Before starting to use the manhood, I would feel the kilt fabric on my glans, but it wasn't an issue because of course it was desensitized. My glans has been on a fast track to restoration just like it was in 2022 when I had been wearing the restorer sleeves for about 6 months at that point.
