Due to the intimate nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. All sales are final.

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we have proudly been serving the public with high quality ManHood products since 1995. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to resolve it.

Also, please remember that during your initial fitting things may get a little tight due to excitement and your penis needs to be at its smallest size when fitting the ManHood. If need be, the ManHood can be manually stretched larger if tight on delivery.
